According to San Diego research firm MDA DataQuick, sales of Southern California homes fell to their second-lowest level for a November in at least 18 years.
Approximately 16,208 houses and condominiums sold in the counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Ventura, San Bernardino and Orange county last month.
November figures also show that the median price paid for a home in the region increased for the 12th consecutive month, to $287,000.
