Edcomm Banker’s Academy has recently certified 14 employees from the Collections Department at a California bank through its Collections training program. Upon competition of Collections Procedures and Transactions, participants gained the knowledge, skills and certification needed to successfully collect and recover past dues from customers at the bank.
